PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Queens, New York, and grew up in the tri-state area.  In 1990, Scott moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pace University.  After undergraduate school, Scott attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.  During law school, he did two externships, one with the Federal Public Defenders Office in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the other with the Clark County Public Defenders Office in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Scott has experience in litigating cases involving all aspects of personal injury, criminal defense, construction law, business and commercial transactions, family Law and general liability.  He has developed a practice area of providing consultation to start-up businesses as well as drafting and negotiating contracts focusing in the entertainment industry.


PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY:
 
Scott is an active member of the Nevada Trial Lawyer Association, the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He is licensed to practice in Nevada and is admitted to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court, and the United States District Court, District of Nevada.
